I dont think so? Wiki I believe states it applies to attacks not ops

to piggyback on that thought, since special attacks have resource returns now, does it increase those? i doubt the wiki has been updated recently. hell, i was one of the orig wiki mods years ago.

it definitely effected civilians killed, and bushels/buildings killed

what i dont know is if the admins parlayed that into good returns when that change was made. im sure its posted on the announcements thread somewhere
