Joined GDI right outta protection. Guy double taps me, i send him a msg saying "war it is i guess". Next thing i know he's AB'ing me and i havent even attacked him or broke GDI...at the least my country should be reset or his deleted.

I'm XXX (#63), offending country is 133tz (#54)

Ford is likely correct, someone bombed my banks so I Ibombed his country, no other hits were exchanged and I bombed him repeatedly.

There is a limit to ops you can preform in a day. I believe it's 120.

There are also modified humanitarian rules for the last couple dozen of turns in the set. Too lazy to look up exact numbers

I'm not even going to bother investing in SDI, Warfare or SPY tech. Kinda pointless with new rules to GDI. They should at least make GDI like $200 an acre considering the amount of money it saves you. Maybe my $200 number may a bit high, I didn't really give it much thought, but $5 an acre should certainly go up with the increase in protection that it gives you; but, at least make the COST high enough to make a person seriously reconsider taking the risk not to go GDI.

So join GDI so you dont need SDI? I don't see the issue here

If you like/Want to suicide players then their is that dynamic, but players should have the chance to avoid having their sets wrecked by players who want to war vs players who dont.

Of course a player looking to war runs the risk of someone warring him before he/she are ready to war.

8) Humantarians at end of Reset
During the last 30 turns of a reset, the humanitarians range will tighten with ((turnsleft/31.7)^2+1.05) with a minimum of the range; (ie GDI, team)

This is to prevent last minute suicides.

And 1 more thing, GDI in express server, If the person did not attack you the entire set, you cant attack/op him in the last 6 hours.

Dict does not dominate the server because its too short. Its only 1800 turns, not enough turns to get its BPT up.
