just for a public thread since I deleted that other post touting an EE remake I've never heard anything about :p
for the record, no one contacted us about any sort of ee remake or the like. obviously we're not going to let another group portray themselves as a remake of a game we've worked hard on through advertising on our forums with the express goal of taking users when we haven't even heard about it :-/
the thread said it's a business but whoever completely forget that if they wanted to treat this as a business.... perhaps contacting the existing game custodians would have been a good first step in getting traction with this community. we're busy IRL and somewhat apathetic, but we're not absent and do care about the wellbeing of the community.
