what do you expect.. three fingers empty from the top, three full from the bottom.. or a simple three liquid ounces?

Finger measurements are from the bottom. 3 fingers is the height 3 fingers would cover if you had th wrapped from the bottom up. Always neat.

what are you drinking? generally a finger is around an ounce. it really depends on the bar. and if you are drinking house crap or like johnny blue. usually cheap liquor isnt ordered neat unless you are an alchy.

back in my retarded days, i used to drink a lot of "liquid cocaines" which is 1 part jager, 1 part goldschlager, and 1 part either 101 peppermint schnapps or 151 rum depending on the bar and the hair on your balls. I had been to places that would serve that drink for $6, and others that wanted $15 (they charged for every individual shot).

just walk in and order one bourbon one scotch and one beer. that way they know you are serious.

You are right. Ordering a shot with 3 liquors and no mixer that when combined is still over 100 proof is pretty girly huh? I can't remember the last time I had a mixed drink, I think it was probably about 10 - 12 years ago (freshly 21) I never understood why people get testy about what they or others drink, either. I had 7 budweisers last night. It was fluffing awesome. I sat in my shed and watched the thunderstorm and listened to the rain and drank 7 budweisers. Then I got laid and was asleep by 11pm. Best Thursday i've had in a while.

I DO keep a bottle of green label Jack Daniels (Do they even make that anymore?) at my house, i've had it for over 2 years now, that's how seldom I drink liquor.
