No... he will sober up in a week and applogize for dropping the n bomb 5000 times in the previous drunk month. He sober up for a few days and then is hammered for an entire month or so and the cycle repeats.

The good news is his liver is almost shot, so natural selection will run its course.

lol, you obviously don't know bradens liver. He carries it around in a suitcase when he goes to bars. He pulls up one stool for him and one for his liver and orders them both a drink. Most nights his liver ends up carrying braden out in the suitcase and driving them both home.

Well, its good to see you regardless. Braden has been pitifully unreliable as his many addictions grow more spectacularly. We considered doing an intervention, but honestly his entertainment value plummets when he is sober.

This is sort of true, in that you can't make rich people poorer because they are fully insured. But you still increase the money supply by stealing from them. That way the replacement money goes to the rich, but the stolen money remains with the poor, as long as the poor are not stupid, as so many are, and end up in one of our many overcrowded prisons. But its still an improvement over the more common scenario in which the rich steal from themselves to get richer in which case the poor get poorer because their insurance rates go up, but even then all the extra money increases the value of the stock market, leading to a higher canadian dollar and cheaper poutines for the poor. (Let them eat Poutines!)

Look at the very common scheme of the rich who come into your province with grandiose schemes for call centers to give the unemployable poor jobs begging from old ladies to get their credit card numbers for the colonic cleansings that they saw on an infomercial. These wonderful employment opportunities, eagerly foisted up on the sadly unemployed natives and drug addicted by workfare program contactrors, quickly disappear across the border the second the government startup funding dries up. In this case everone ends up poorer and it would be better if there were no call center, workfare program, government ploicy department oveseeing the program, 12 layers of management higherarchy to ovesee the program, but still no work for the poor people, and no money.

I stay away from these types of programs. In the end, everyone needs to find their own scam to take some of the wealth away from the rich.

Well braden, if you can't think up something clever, you can always work. And later as you addictions progress, work somewhere that allows drinkning on the job, like certain call centers, see above.

Hi braden, I've had a day or so to think about this further and I would like to add a few things.

The path of resistance to the System is an ethical minefield. I rejected the system long ago, yet I have to live in it and fit in an some uneasy manner with it. In rejecting the system, I rejected the moral authority of the system. I recognize the threat, backed up by guns and police and the Office of the Attorney General, but not what they say is right and wrong. As someone who has chosen to reject the drug laws and actively disobey them for nearly 40 years, I am a unreformed criminal.

And yet, I am an idealistic and ethical person. I have been seeking some group or association of like minded paople my whole life. I've tried religion but rejected it (though not the idea of spritual forces). I've explored the society of gangsters, organized crime, prisons and jails, criminal neighborhoods and gangs, and a biker gang. All of these I found to be rejecting society, but without good ideals, acting on pure selfishness and capable of despicable cruelty. The only group I've found which I can fully support is Family. (And, of course, my ex-wife put a stop to that, haha)

I'm highly educated (B.Sc and MBA), and I worked in my younger years for several Fortune 20 companies. It was at American Express that I first developed an enduring disgust of the corporate world and started on the path of resistance to it. Through opportunities from within, I found exploits in the sales compensation systems of American Express and AT&T. How easy it was to fall to these temptations when the victims are so monstrous!

Anyway, despite my apparently despicable morals, I have a code. I still recognize rights of ownership, just not ownership gone bonkers like we have with multinational corporations. I don't steal from individuals. I would count your boss with his small business as an individual rich guy, and he would be off limits for me.

I love fights and conflict, but I don't harm people without cause, or hurt people when they are down. I have hurt a few people unreasonably, but those occasions have been rare, and subject to a lot of reflection and in some cases making amends. But I've had some revenge that I feel no regret for whatsoever. Generally the harm I do is economic. I also use the truth to expose the lies and nature of enemies.

And also, I should add, being a wizard, I have had the benefit of the protection of vast unseen forces that have saved my life on perhaps a dozen occasions. You shouldn't attempt some things without that sort of help behind you. And, sometimes my attacks are magical. But always try to remember, an undeserved curse does not alight. So, use some thought before flipping out with your magical powers, if you have some.
