Not to mention how many people actually hit in the the last hour or so of the set? Could it be done? Sure. Is it likely to succeed if you haven't jumped yet? Probably not. Are you going to wreck your country completely after jumping just because you want to prove it can be done? Again I would think not too many people are going to go for this option.

oceana: 2 sets ago i spied rival-member who had dropped most of country's acres and it didn't take many attempts to get thru, of course my country was dict with good spal and good allies so that helped.
