He suffered 3 different fractures in his skull, one of them is ocular and has to heal on its own, so he has temporary blindness in that eye (we hope),
Cerebral bleeding
5 broken ribs
hemorrhaged spleen
hemorrhaging kidneys
cervical neck fractures
and multiple cuts and bruises.

and his gf suffered broken foot.

They were walking their dog, luckily their daughter was not with them.

Hes in the Neuro/ICU in critical but Stable condition they've stopped the cerebral bleed, and did an emergency surgery on the spleen and kidneys.
won't know the severity of the neck injuries yet.

he is up and awake, and heavily medicated for pain. but he is not allowed to move. untill they see how bad the neck fractures are.
My assumption is he'll be ok with a decent recovery period !

Hes doing So so , they were having trouble with Pain management, so he was only taking very shallow breaths r/t the 5 broken ribs.. and hes developing pneumonia from it. they brought a pain management team on and are getting better with that. They stopped the bleeding everywhere right now so thats good, but he still cant see or hear from one side with the fractured ocular but they did find that he has fractures of the thoracic and lumbar spine, but he can move his hands and feet. so that's goodish.

Damn, sorry to hear about this. I've seen his name around here and there. But he was pretty quiet. Hope he's going to make it.
