Several years ago, 8-9 to be exact, there used to be a battle simulator on one of the earth sites to help calculate what was needed on a SS or PS.....by chance is there a battle simulator in the current earth formate? Thanks

not sure on the other sites, but on ghq if you look at the country spy op it will tell you the break for all types of attacks

On boxcar when a op is uploaded it tells you the break but I don't think it calculates if the opponent has defensive allies. I could be wrong.

last I checked boxcar had issues that made it to where calcing yourself was the only way

I am not sure how to calculate offensive allies into the equation.....been problems *rolls eyes*

for allies you get 1/4 of their total power without any bonuses to a maximum of double what you use

So if I have 1 million jets and all three of my allies have 1 million jets then my attacking ability is ???

they contribute 750k in addition to the 1mil you already have. on the other hand if you only had 500k they would only double.

Thank you! So all three allies can contribute 250k each in that situation, thus the 25%. Forgive my ignorance I just wanted to make sure I was fully understanding.

yep. just assume everything from allies doesn't get things like weapons tech, government bonuses, etc as well.

take your power multiply by your bonuses then add 1/4 of your allies boom there ya go, same with defensive and intel

myclanhosting.com has a break calculator that takes into account allies/spy ops, so if you've got updated spy ops/ally ops it'll take that all into account for you. However, you'll need an account with a clan there, at the moment at least..

Boxcar does provide different breaks for different number of allies assuming max contribution from each.

Boxcar does not include the defense bonus modifier.

Boxcar does not factor in gov't (Dict/Rep) modifiers.

Boxcar does not adjust for YOUR (the attacker's) weapons tech, OA's or gov't modifiers, it just gives the RAW break.

Boxcar also provides estimated returns, which are way off due to the new more complex DR formulas.

I think that just about covers it.

That app doesn't work for me. IMO Qz needs 100% accurate calculators that are bought with bonus points or just made available to everyone. Vets have enough of an advantage as it is.

Most vets don't have an advantage. We don't necessarily care enough to calculate anything.

I can't believe that some of you can't run a strike without some help from a calculator.
