Anybody read this? Pretty sad that they charge ppl for defending themselves. But I wouldnt mind paying that fine over and over again. Its almost a crime to defend your own life. The damn perp has more rights than the victim. What the hell is the world coming too?

It wasn't a crime to defend herself, it was a fine because she was carrying something that was illegal.

It would be like shooting someone in self defense in a movie theater in the US. It is illegal to have a gun in there, so you would likely face charges as well.

You can argue to change the law, but don't twist it like she is being punished just for fighting back, and that the attackers rights were placed above hers. That isn't true and anyone with some logic can see that. Hyperbole and blatant lies hurt your point, stop that.

So many misleading memes about how "awesome" it is there because of the residential benefits but It's no where near as good as they like to make it seem.. it's pretty screwed up over there realistically

It is the citizens duty to arm themselves within the law. Technically what she did was against the law.

That being said, the fact that pepper spray is illegal in an area with that many rapey immigrants is silly, and something that needs to be addressed.

Im a dane and so many of our Laws are fluffed up.

alot of them need to be changed or people need to get higher jail time for what they do.

ex. if you steal Money from the goverment you get 10 years.

but if you rape someone you get 2 years and get out after 6 month.
