He is saying that since the country dropped all military, it does not count as a kill.

The difference is, that country would have died even if it hadnt dropped military. I wasnt even the only person wanting it dead.

Why waste resources? The dude was grabbing like a crazy person. Death stopped that. No one said anything about it being glorious except you. It wasn't a noteworthy kill. Countries and suiciders die every set. We agree there. No one was claiming glory.
