After a round of GS's on my country, I can't get my tpt to return to normal, its stuck at 916 when it should be 3k or so.....I've taken 40 turns & my pop has returned, but the TPT won't budge? wtf?

Either your pop hasnt fully returned, or you got some missing buildings. 40 turns isnt enough to get your pop back unless you didnt get hit that many times.

that is what it does. population based production. It isnt going to rise much when you are gaining 40 civies per turn.

before this GSes were worthless if the target walled. now they arnt.
