Perhaps you might want to explain why you each have countries allied to the #1 ranked untagged country? :P Seems a bit odd to me.

it is their new out going policy to pact and aid any potential untagged suiciders. I brought it up years ago when I was a leader in neofed, but it was rejected rather bluntly.

it would appear they think differently now.

As far as I know, you are allowed to have an ingame alliance with whomever you want.

Also, we are allowed to run multies as long as they aren't tagged in the same alliance. Right?

Of course you can have an ingame alliance with anyone you choose. However when you have some members allied with a guy who is LGing your other members, it looks a little strange :P
