Image host is down (again xth time) which makes game slow.

well i don't see ee-images anywhere and on mainpage browser says transferring data/waiting on response from img.earthempires.com until stops attempts, if background pic ain't counted then outside servers and links on top mainpage is pretty much black.

images are back up. it sometimes goes off when EE's ip address changes. bleh.

maybe add a feature to preferences to disable background images completely just for marshal?

it happens to me sometimes but doesn't slow me down as I can still navigate pages as the images load.

i don't see ee banner and yes i can usually navigate pages fine when img host bugs but not when img host is responding slowly and it takes forever for click to get registered.

You try a hard refresh? Ctrl+F5.

The way that works is a bit outdated anyway. I'm thinking of changing it/updating it.

Currently it's more of a soft-cache. I was thinking more of a hard-cache wherein it keeps a physical copy of each file and not just attempting to re-cache the same file after some arbitrary expiration.

I've made a few changes, Marshal. Will make some more, but hopefully this will have increased load speed.

dunno until ffa and teching starts but still no banner.
