Macdaddy you never ever get rid of construction sites for reasons like EQ's or someone that is bored. the boost you would get from dropping 280-320 CS into your strat build is not worth the risk.

I haven't spied on his country or anything, but it appears he has sdi according to news. If you are really trying to damage him, try using spies to bomb airbase and cause dissension. This works far better if you happen to have lots of jets and troops yourself. So basically, dump stock, buy lots of jets and troops, and hope you have a good spy agency--he isn't producing spies since he has no indys. He'll lose lots of networth that way.

P.S. If you must use missiles, use nukes and chems first to absorb sdi. The cruise missile is the missile of choice, because he isn't going to running many more turns after he's already jumped, and he'll have lots of military units to destroy.

See the 2010 announcement of the new GDI rules. The reason we all constantly run out of spy ops, the reason I rail against Mo, and the reason Is have lost one of their main weapons is because of the clan based spy swarm cheating of Ice, Jag, Mo etc. Look the guy is legitimately in the top ten with sdi swarming him with spy ops may have the deleterious effect of a further retriction on the number of spy ops/ Besides spy DR kicks in hard around 25 ops.

well while numerous countries are attacking my country it really doesn't matter to me. It is a victory in my mind as I already achieved a 30 million nw set with a 15000 acre country 24 hours before set end. Everything else that happens now is after this fact. I know it and everyone else here knows that.

Problem is, bombing structures at this point is useless. He has already passed the need for production, as he has already used the proceeds from production to make his jump. What needs to happen right now is the destruction of his networth--most of which is in his military. He won't be running many more turns at this point. Spy ops causing destruction to his military is the name of the game now. Get rid of his troops and his jets. Use cruise missiles for the rest.

yes I did. I would have been well over the 30 m mark if people would have just minded their own and not have attacked me I would have fallen around 32.. As a noob I now know that I could have produced for probably another 12 hours. I would had been around the 40 million mark. Now I know this..
