So many Indies! Why does no one realize the trend that you probably shouldn't try and make up for the lack of X strat from the previous set?

not really many commies.. there's 24% commies govt last round.. this round there's 21%.. but in any case, the price of military units could be lower given that i have become a commie this round.. normally when im a commie, the price becomes much lower cos 1 traditionally big player converting to play commie will depress the price significantly.. Furthermore anarcho has returned to become commie as well.. let's hope prices will still be high this round, since there seems to be less commies at this point in time

Worse off than all of you. I started late.

This is my 1st set crossing over to primary from express and I m being farmed left & right. I have got nothing against that. I support more player interaction on principle. Just know that I will retal 1:1. So many ppl trippletagged, quadrupletapped & quintupletapped me when I was down. Now that I have jetted up n started retaling, better not cry now and accept the retal. Let it be a warning, if you grab me you will probably lose more when I retal you back.

My finish is messed up this set anyway, as I miscalculated the land, BPT growth trajectory on this server. Its different from express. So I m gonna have fun rest of the set enjoying doing those retals.

as anticipated, military prices are going low this round with me going commie.. can those usual traditionally big commie guys go for other govt strat next round? i want to enjoy high military prices at least for 1 round.. when i go farm, food price will be low.. when i go commie, military prices will be low.. when im casher, i boost up all the prices up.. so hard to play with little players around and me able to affect significantly on market dynamics

i think big ones like us do have a certain determining factor on market prices as there are limited players.. this is not my 1st time as commie.. look at those rounds that i was a commie, and u can see that the military units hit below 100.. at times when im not a commie such as the case for previous 2 rounds, military units have been hovering at 140+.. im supplying like 15% of market transacted military goods.. take off this 15% supply and u can get a good military unit price.. at the start of the round, i was actually anticipating a lower military price, but luckily u remain small for 1/3 of this round, and for the 1st 1/3 of round, the military price is good.. and anyway, in terms of % of commie, this round has 21%, less than the 24% last round.. u just need a couple of strong big commies and u will get an upset military price

It's not how many industrialist there are, it's how the players play them. All it takes is a few players to undercut sale prices and then the cycle begins and here we are at 94 dollar turrants.

Even though it actually seems a farmer/oiler set, doesn't seem to be any big farmer/oilers. Pretty interesting as I never really understood who supplied the oil market other than random rainbows previously, but I've never played with the new oil destock (though I'm assuming that's not that useful in primary as in alliance). Kind of curious how this set ends up as I feel like everyone is just maxing on turns without food and oil to run turns. This will probably make for interesting grabbing/retaling mechanics as people jump up and down.

yes, my point to eevil is not that there are more commies in this round, but rather more bigger commies like me this round.. so despite the fact that there are actually less commies this round, cos a couple of traditionally big guys going for commie, it will upset the market price.. the server has so little ppl, 1 big guy can actually change the market dynamics.. i can go prove this point by going commie for the next couple of rounds.. assuming that we still have the same group of big commies staying as commies, the military price will likely hover at 100 below again..
