But if there's a lot of techers, the prices aren't as high, so there might not be as much extra tech money floating around as you'd think. I'm not really convinced there's a lot of techers, though.

For cashers, I think cheap tech early is probably a bit nicer than cheaper food in the second month. Everyone benefits from cheap commie goods except resellers.

Yeah, think I'm not seeing it either. All I'm seeing this reset is 151 getting farmed by 3, then retalling a bit, then getting parkinglotted by 3, then parkinglotting 3. What's the deal here?

Yeah, sure, sometimes players do need to step up to a douche and make this game not fun to play for said douche until he quits, but I'm not seeing it here.

Id rather focus on how we can bring more players to the server over chasing the ones we don't like away. More players = more land grab targets for everyone and hopefully more competition as well. Competition is what makes us more efficient at what we do.

For over retalling me because I took 96 hours or something to retal, then bragging to ppl that he won that war even though he finished w/ FAR LESS NW than me that round and for the first time in like 17 rounds changed his name (to "I WIN" of all things).

Then overretalling my bud LATC last reset because he retalled gogy's DH on him. And then stealing a bunch of tech from top players for no reason.

His arrogance needs to be dropped a few pegs. He didn't win that war and he's not going to win this one. And FYI he never parking lotted me. What you guys don't see is the 25 successful bomb bldgs on him everyday - check his spy news at the end of the set.

He's not arrogant, he just plays by his own rules. I would think hunting him down 4 months later would be really lame except it's Gogy, he probably doesn't care anyway.

Hah, same thing happened to me early last round. One guy jumped in the 15 seconds after I spied him (and I didn't fail either). the other I forgot was a dict.

I believe I did all my calculations correctly and still failed an attack tonight. Checked after the hit and he did not change, triple calculated and it came out the same. Attack still bounced. This was doubling his attack power and skipping the ally spies though. His allies gaining more D shouldn't matter then.

The only thing that makes me feel slightly better is knowing that I am only 1 out of 5 people so far who have failed to break him.

According to the help text it increases attack success rates when over sending.

Luck is the subtlest of the permanent bonuses. Investing in luck will lead to better explore returns, greater missile production, and lower market times. In addition, lucky countries have a greater chance of getting spy ops against countries with better spy networks and a greater chance of successfully attacking when oversending.

I did 3 attacks this set so far that were the full 1.1 and they all bounced. Amazing. Usually I go 1.15 - 1.2 over, but the 3 that I did that shoulda been 99% success rate all failed. Weird.

Did the mehul formula change?

had a SO up for 24+ hours. Log in and start to play forgetting about the SO. Of course it is filled while I'm playing my turns messing me up. Awesome...and I'm up to 3 DH

This set is not going well!

Altho I see you are up to 3 DH as well Serp:P I wonder how many perfect sets of grabbing I would need to get to Rob's 99.45% (I was at 95.6% going ito this set)

That isn't relevant, Magellaan. I said the top 20 is like all commies, and that automatically excludes all the smaller commies that have land sizes so small that they are pretty much irrelevant.
