ok, lets get this straight since I started the kill run on you.

You farmed your ally and DOUBLED your land.
You had 110% indy tech (40k) on 49k acres.
You had 220cs and your BPT was 60.
You had no other techs.

Prior to farming your ally, you were 25k or so and I was already 20k with 100 million bushels stocked as a techer in a terrible tech market.

You would not have beaten me, let alone the multiple demo cashers. You are a bad player for thinking you were going to win with such a lofty country and you made a poor decision to farm your friend for such a SIGNIFICANT amount of land. If you don't like getting killed, then respect that other players don't like you farming your ally for 20k acres.

I find the original layout bore presented to be the best. you could cut out production rates since they are easily determined by looking at the tech levels. changing things to percentages just makes it difficult to read

Techers are hurt by the decreased margin in bushel prices. At least in the short run. I don't think buying 30% of ones stock under 38$ and selling it for over $50 can be offset by an increased demand in military tech

thomas: the problem with dumping money into mil strat or jets when netting is that you have to

1. pay the upkeep costs
2. invest that money into commodeties at a higher price later (bushels or oil) or not purchase the tech which increases your gross production
3. liquidate this excess military losing 6% to taxes each way, or in the case of a democracy, you are blessed with losing only one extra turn.

what is much better is that one simply allows a low nw all jetter to take the hit. a 1:1 policy has merit, i am not denying that it makes certain political statements and helps feed the aggressive nature of war-seeking alliances. however, it also promotes intag farming to get back one's land.

say what you want, but don't ask a stupid question like "why doesn't that country just buy 4 million jets and 50k mil-strat tech". You sound like you don't know the basic concepts of the game.

War over landgrabbing. This one tangled into war 2 through war 4.

side 1: COLLAB (attacked SOF and EVIL)
side 2: IMAG (attacked ICN in war 2 earlier), PDM
IMag was FSed by COLLAB but then COLLAB CFed. IMAG FSed COLLAB with PDM a few days later. This war is rather clean of grudges and doesn't look to repeat

ALLIANCES LIKELY TO...
WAR - SOL (always?), IMAG (always?), SOF (they said they were netting this set when FSed, who knows), ICN (perhaps still angry at SOF screwing them with ally IMAG), COLLAB (they get bored netting)

Please learn how to police. When an untagged country makes 20 landgrabs in 72 hours on an alliance you are policing for, that means you kill it. It does not mean you retal it 1:1 20 times.
