Radeon 4xx0/Gefore 2x0 are DX10 cards.

With Dual Core cpu they mean Core/Core2 cpu or AMD equivalent.

Fujitsu has added dvi-addon cards to some of their cheap models but its dvi-d not dvi-i so not that helpful.

with 50 bucks its possible to get Radeon HD 6xx0 card.
