If I login through the portal on mac safari, I can never actually get to my FFA countries, clicking on the FFA button just brings me to earthempires.com instead of ffa.earthempires.com/mainffa, it is weird. Firefox on mac, no problem. I also have chrome and opera, I think it works on both of these too, I can check if you want...

I agree we will see how the set unfolds...this actually doesn't harm the FFA self-farmer (llaaring so to speak), because there is a strategy that avoids the squaring of the ghost DRs (they still decrease to 0 quickly, but if you keep yourself out of normal DR than you just get the normal decline), it only really fluffs over bottom feeders who will get less ghost acres after 2-3 hits. So if we thought ghost acres were just WAY too big to begin with, I guess this is the correct move, but if we just wanted to prevent llaaring then I think we are punishing people who hit a country after it has been hit more than 3-4 times in 24 hours and my rules wouldn't :-P

Yes, that is what I am suggestin, qz.

I think the real problem in FFA was that you could endlessly get new ghost acres by getting yourself out of DR, not that ghost acres were too large. With the current settings the DR on ghost acres now is not only irreducible but grows squared proportionally to normal DR. Just seems like overkill to me =)

Hey guys, I have been thinking about the new ghost acres formulas you rolled out, and I think that there is a middle ground between getting rid of the problems we had in FFA and getting rid of ghost acres after about 1 to 2 hits per 24 hrs.

The current rules are stated as thus:

First of all, thanks so much for adding this. I know I asked a few times, and I am glad to see it made its way in.

It is a REALLY minor bug, but I figured I should tell you guys.

Today I had 120(2), and I logged in (after 18+ hrs) to get 126(2)..Even after logging in multiple times the war page would only display 120(8)...I am not sure if you are displaying like:

Turns % 120 (Turns - (Turns % 120)) or something, but it is showing up a bit odd, when you get your bonus, don't use it, and log out.

So this has happened to me twice since this post was made. I think the simplest solution is for some amount of time (I think 72 hrs), a self-deleted country should be able to be attacked by anyone. I think clans can figure out whether or not if you attack a self-deleted country in their tag it is retallable.
