Earth Empires is the Massively Multiplayer Online Browser Game (MMOBG) for which this wiki was created. Its is located at

The game was founded by qzjul and Pangaea around the same time as news was coming out that OMAC/Jolt would be discontinuing Earth: 2025. It had been suspected for some time that this would occur, as any kind of development on the original game by its relatively new owners had come to a complete halt, and hourly disruptions were killing the game.
Slagpit was initially brought on board to help with formula, but quickly became a core game developer.

As of August, 2011, Earth Empires has six main game servers, each with a particular rule set and different increments of when turns are generated or the server is reset. These servers are accessed through a unified account and portal page; game and forum accounts are loosely integrated, but will move towards a more fully-integrated experience in the future.

Earth Empires and its forums are developed by Pangaea, qzjul, Slagpit, NukEvil, and Zarcon, who also administrates Earth Empires IRC server. Dark Morbid was a former forum developer.
