Agreed on the stupidity of cross-tag retalling. Of course when you guys quad tap folks, some of us (especially those departing on a vacation) will be glad to level one of your countries :-).

Well evidently you have stupid brothers who don't observe DNH's that you request. If you can't own up for your own brother's stupidity without tossing out some lame "go rob your own brothers" line, then I guess there is no DNH. Either way, I guess it doesn't prohibit me from instituting a personal lend-lease act with Fist countries.
