Here are the charges and our accompanying judgements:-

#1 Willfully participating in gangbangs on SoF since Dec 2013.

We deem you GUILTY and sentence you to DIE.


#2 Bullying SoF's ally Rival

We deem you GUILTY and sentence you to DIE.


#3 Lying to SoF's allies about what SoF has said in an attempt to alienate them from SoF.

We deem you GUILTY and sentence you to DIE.


#4 Conspiring with other Alliances to ensure SoF's demise.

We deem you GUILTY and sentence you to DIE.


#5 Being a bad ally to Rage and allowing your other allies to kill Rage, firstly for leaving pacts open for YOU and secondly for no reason whatsoever.

We deem you GUILTY and sentence you to DIE.


#6 Attempting to play victim and good guy to the server and lying about your true nature, intentions and feelings.

We deem you GUILTY and sentence you to DIE.



With all the above said we know that we at SoF are far from innocent ourselves and believe we are guilty of the following:-

#1 Engaged in peaceful discussions with MD only to break away from them due to acts committed by MD leaders.
#2 Targetting MD when they were not our preferred target.
#3 Attacked MD knowing that MD/SoF relations will now probably never be redeemable ever again.
#4 Not being forgiving of MD for acts committed against SoF.

We are guilty of these crimes and we make no excuse for them. We have a short fuse with MD but you can never expect us just forget about how you have acted against SoF in recent sets and as such we have every right to be as ruthless with you as we deem fit.

I would have just went with, We declare war on you.

I would like to note that since this post by aponic, MD has pacted SoF the 2 resets since, SoL gave SoF a 1v1 war. and have pacted them twice since then, LCN has also pacted them. And Xyle is still the leader.

the last time MD warred SoF, MD was called in by SoL, the reset prior to that MD was hit OOP by SoF and despite that, was trying to pact them the Dec/Jan set, to which the talks didn't come to fruition as SoF was planning to hit their ally.

Since then, MD, SoL, and LCN have steered clear of SoF in an attempt to end the grudge wars and be diplomatic, as they requested, and this is SoF's reaction?

What is the basis for them to hit MD this reset, ruining an arranged war?

You do realise the hypocrisy in that statement right? MD moaned and moaned when SOF called in laf to hit them when SOF had told them plainly that if they hit them in there reunion set that they would call in laf. MD still did it anyway and then fluffed publicly about sof calling in allies.

So to jut to confirm, its for the good of the game when MD does it, but not when sof does it? God you guys are pathetic.
