He can net, so long as he has 3 all jetter off allis, 3 tech leaches, and 3 land farms who will not retal. And usually someone to put him into DRs. At this strat he is one of the best in the game. Without it- just like this past set- he is nothing. he will be farmed and finished. He cannot war or net. Sad.
