lol, well, regardless of hitting others or yourself, you probably want to send enough to actually break your target, especially on the first 6 hits. By the time you broke him, you'd already put him into diminished returns.

Then I think you need to tutor whoever is running those countries.

If they're not yours, don't take it personal, but you probably should make sure your members know what they're doing, because if I know there's at least a 50% chance someone's going to bounce on the retal, I wouldn't hesitate to grab a clan on a near-daily basis, and there are a lot of people who are much harsher than I am when it comes to landgrabbing here.
