Sounds good to me, when does it start?

And probably good to have mod input on this since they just made a new rule about 'spirit of the server' in which you're not really allowed to organize outside of ingame for servers like express.

The most rational thing would be to have a list of countries that are participating, as I doubt many countries will put clan affiliations in their name for fear of bias etc.

We will keep the list confidential so only those participating will know.
