the main thing (the only case we've seen so far) is tapping countries roughly the same NW as the attacker with over 125% of the attackers land.

we have been very generous to clans that our members have "topfed" with regards to sticking to our policy. we give them all l:l so we expect the same back when it happens to us.

In fact when our members topfeed another alliance accordign to our definition we usually contact them first and authorize l:l right off the bat.
