No matter how I try to pay, I just cant get it to go through. My bank says they dont even see the charge. What country is the payment going to?

I've never had a problem paying via pay pal, did you try that?

paypal isn't an option. Its Shop Pay, Google Pay or manual card entry.

I don't see any transactions for your country or account email around the time of this post, assuming you just tried when posting.

Is the checkout process completing and saying the purchase was successful? It sounds like it's not completing from what I can tell from this thread + the data.

It'd be odd, but maybe it's a browser problem? Either way, as far as I can tell you have NOT been charged any money, which is good.

For anyone reading this after the fact, I did NOT ever get charged. Multiple people, including pang and celphi came out to trouble shoot my issue. In the long run I was not able to get it to work, but I do appreciate all the people that made an effort to get me going. Thank you! I tried firefox and chrome both.

Instead of trying from your desktop or laptop, have you tried from your mobile phone via LTE (not connected to your wifi) ?

Have you tried to contact your financial institution to make sure it isn't something on their side?
