And here we are 12 years later, not quite the age quoted but they sure are Teenagers. However my oldest has been in some movies including the new Ghostbusters Afterlife, and did some other background work, my middle kid is a 1st degree black belt and aiming for a degree in genetics when they hit university, and my youngest is such a sports kid, she is in every sport she can get her self into, and is working towards her black belt as well.

I started playing this game in 2001 after i met some guys in college and university, and although I don't play anymore, I still pop by and post every couple years.

I don't see a reason to change either the wording or the interpretation of this. Don't spam-top old threads to mess with the boards is all.

I think this is one of those very few cases where topping an old thread shouldn't be against the rules--and the rule quoted by Gerdler is very broad at the end). The OP took their time to find this thread and probably thought it'd be a cool way of updating what's left of the Earth community about real life.

I imagine if the OP had posted another thread about this update instead, he/she would have quoted the old thread, and people would have ended up on this thread anyways.

Also, congrats, king. Appears to me like you're raising them right.

Not sure why this thread ended up being locked after multiple requests from the general community to not do it. We can all reasonable guess who it was though...
I'm also +1 on not locking this thread. This was a time capsule and a treasure.
