So there are 8 new apps in. With me and the three existing members who responded that is 12 total. I am not really interested in going through all the work for such a small voting base. Historically only about 1/3 of the people actually end up voting and there is no way I am doing this for four votes. =P

Hard to say. Would depend on numbers and so forth. At smaller numbers I am more inclined to lump people with previous alliances than at larger numbers where "fractional allegiance" is less of a concern.

doesn't this system seem too complicated for a simple questionnaire? Is it this way to promote anonymous voting? If not, couldn't you more easily just set up the questions and have people PM it to you all within these forums?

I assume there are ways to limit it to only the people who should be voting? For the sake of voting anonymity I would be happy to move to that, but nominations are the most time consuming part. =P Its not like this is terribly time consuming - it is just finding a consecutive half hour to put into it =P

Detmer: You can send the surveys via email, dead easy - we use surveymonkey at work and send to thousands of people. Just copy/paste a list of email addresses.
