probably just bored peeps checking it out to see what kind of money you are making. It wasn't me but I do spy countries occasionally just to see what their country looks like to compare with mine and maybe learn something. Of course I have a spy country for that so I don't fail ;) Or its noobs trying to see if they can grab you even though you are in DR ;)
