and one more thing i don't think anyone said the t10 cutoff can be 250M. that's not possible in this environment.

i just think 200M is plausible as a t10 cutoff.

maybe not this reset, but its highly possible imo

i still think t10 cutoff is 190+ tho for this reset

i can think of 6 LaF and at least 3 evo that will be at 190M+ (and there might be more evo, because evo knows their countries better than i would ;P)

that's already 9. i can easily overlook a 10th (and/or a market buyout from some other alliance might happen)
