Well, considering if I needed 240k in EACH country, I'd have 1.2b cash already in each. I think it's a little early for that unless you ran a small buyout already or have FAd one of your countries.

Well.. I want it before I build my final 45 CS. Then I'll buy another ~10k per (160k total.)

After that I bulk, then I'll be requesting another ~450k total tech.
