I also get blocked by my company (I get this "Websense" page instead telling me I've been blocked) due to the site having the keyword "game" or "games" or what it is.

I suggest setting up a Remote Desktop at home, then connecting at work through that. They filter the internet, but not very often do they restrict terminal services.
