Remove the minimum gain on individual servers for all attacks - SS, PS, BR, GS, and CM. Its ridiculous seeing people getting killed in primary, express, or tourney.

wouldn't that make killing insanely easy on those servers?

he's saying remove the minimum gain... so 10a SS/PS, 5c GS, 10c BR, etc

I agree that it's a problem, but perhaps looking at the whole of the war system is a better exercise...

are folks being killed really often on those servers? I haven't had bandwidth to keep track of that stuff for quite sometime now...

I agree with Pang on revising the war system, but I think in the interim removing minimum gains on solo servers is a good idea.

Hell, I think its a good idea on all servers.

With the improved GDI for primary and express, is this really needed? How many more hits would it then require to kill someone?

There have been 14 people killed on Express this set, and we still have over a day left. I would not be surprised if there were 20 dead by the end of the set.

It is many of the same culprits doing all of these kills. It is alliance play on an individual server. The people doing kill runs on countries that never hit them should be deleted in my opinion.

actually, I think on most issues we would agree. We are not that different of a type of player as you may think we are at times.

true if they were solo suicders, but if it's players acting in tandom as a group or clan like kill runs then it has no place in express.

play too risky = all-explore without being in gdi?

I also think that as long as it's done by 1 person it's okay, but if several team up on one guy it doesn't belong in a single player server like express.

But then it should be clearer rules I think. Some people may just ask their allies in game for help. Is that okay? What if somebody looking for a kill just searches the news for somebody who is GSed/BRed down to then finish the job?

It's gonna be pretty hard allowing one kind and not the other. I like the unwritten 1 grab rule thats goin on in express though. If you double tap or more you run the risk of being killed. If you are one who does that then you better have tanks/troops and SDI or you're fluffed.

i have a revised war system; it needs some balance yet, but i like it :)

just need other admins & mods & such to try it and balance ;) but then pang has a prelim bot framework that i need to go over, so yea.... /me sighs...
