Retals are landtrading. Retals create ghost acres. Therefore, LaF will not accept retals.

We will use a retal:kill policy next set. If you retal us, we kill you. If you landgrab us, we will consider it to be a pre-emptive retal, and we'll also kill you.

If you have any questions about this policy, please contact TAN. He will be handling all Laf FA matters next set. All agreements with him are non-binding, and are superceded by our policy of killing people who retal. But he's a very fun guy to talk to when you are angry at LaF.

Harmful spy ops will be considered acceptable and will be welcomed against all Laf countries. If the game moderators decide that not enough people are stealing tech, and put in ghost tech points on the commit espionage op, then we will start killing anyone who steals our tech. Until then, feel free to take all of our tech, just don't create ghost acres, or we will kill you.
