Leeching SHOULD be against the rules. It's completely unfair and if everyone tried to do it, makes having good tech leeches would be far more important than who plays the best set. Me having to put 50% of my money everyday into tech while someone else gets it for free, while someone else is actually making money selling their leeched tech - how can anyone compete with that? Ridiculous. People who want their scores taken seriously shouldn't leech.

As far as farming people, that only became an issue after he hit Oceana 9 times over 6 days without getting retaled, but then Oceana retaled others who multitapped him after that heavily. It was strange.
