Shouldn't you owe RD because it was your food and your unwillingness to properly defend your stockpile that allowed a suicider to hit properly defended RD countries?

Properly defended countries are always at risk of suiciders if they can get FAd by big countries, or if big countries don't properly defend their stockpile.
