aj he wouldnt have any options at all if hes done the 5 ps. you can only guerrilla strike if you have troops. bombing run if you have jets and artillary barrage if you have tanks. you can standard strike or planned strike if you have any of the 3

400k jets and enough oil for dbl that

check military page and see if your forces are still resting.

My guess is what the Angry Messiah said. Have you done 5 planned strikes? You only get 5 brigades of units you can use, and if you've sent them all out on Planned Strikes, you wouldn't have any brigades available.

I'm pretty sure you still can declare war or shoot a missile, since those don't take any units, but perhaps kemo is right. If that's the case, then I have no idea what's wrong and you shoudl probably post in B&S.

if you haven't made an attack, and have military, it is probably a bug, message an admin.

Have they changed things? Could he be out of oil and perhaps they've changed things since last set (I played last set and am not this set), to where it doesn't even let you get that far without oil?

Just another guess. Otherwise, I'd do as Emerald said and contact an admin.

it lets you see your jets when you don't have oil. or it did yesterday.
