I try to log in and all I get is this message.

"You have been logged out, or do not have cookies enabled"

It logs me into the forums, but I can't access any game content. I click on portal and it sends me to the log-in screen again. This has been going on a few days now and on different browsers.

restart your computer?

I flushed my DNS and seems to be working now.
