lol - you sound like you had a chance at the top 5.

Your country had 0 tech ( ~400 turns before reset dead-line) which means you plaid ~1400 turns with no bus/res/military in a set where the tech prices hit a bottom low.

Due to that fact you lost a lot of income - therefore there were a lot of commies better then yours. Commies with 13k or 16k land finished above you.

P.S: and you can`t wave a red flag in bull`s eyes like that...
