Someone want to fix Communism?

Edit: Communism done. Tax rate done, random links fixed on pages. Added a terminology category and added the first term (reset). I think this might be ready in time for new players!

Edit2: Switched farming with landgrabbing, added farming as a term, cs, bpt, retal, tech start, grab, landgrab

i updated a bunch of server records too on the records section

yeah if someone could keep current events updated often, and that was linked on the main earth page, or if each server had its own page and you could click it from somewhere ingame to see current events, that'd be cool

so many people who play have no idea whats going on politically

making information more easily accessible, could help create interest in making more people more active. the forums here are really a hard way to keep on top of stuff unless you read like everything

If you're really butt-hurt by it, then create a separate page or edit the existing page to include a section touting a clean total land record. Ultimately llaar is correct - land is land. Doesn't mean there can't be a Roger Maris style asterisk applied to it.

I didn't know the answer, so I went and tested it out [Edit: by adding a "No Internal Farming" caveat on the existing page, only because of the topic of our discussion]. It does not require any coding knowledge to edit an existing page.

Haven't looked into creating new pages yet... That might be more difficult...

Until it's made against the rules, self farming is a completely legitimate way of gaining land.....regardless of whether you agree with it or not.

So are market buyout and FAing people to the top, but I seem to recall from way back in the day some people touting a "clean" NW record.

But ultimately you are right, NOW3P. That is why that record should be honored as the overall land record. However, if someone wants to handicap themselves a particular way to set a unique record - regardless of their view on the main record or the manner in which they handicap themselves - I don't see why they shouldn't be recognized for it.

you can make a link, but wiki has a design that lets you made a thumbnailed image if you upload the image to the wiki

which you cant do if uploads are disabled

i just updated a bunch of terminology for the game

started an NA history page, and created my own history page ;)

Evony is a good game but I only have a 2 gig cpu and a 64 meg vid card with 512 meg ram.... so it used up 100% of my resourses.... had to quit it.... I like to have more than 1 window open.... :)
