IS THE INFO ON THE WIKI PERHAPS OUTDATED? THE THRESHOLD OF 11664 ACRES FOR 9 APT SEEMS TO BE OFF. DOES ANYONE KNOW THE CORRECT THRESHOLD VALUE FOR THAT RATE?

That's weird. The rates on the wiki are wrong (not outdated, just wrong, heh) past the transition from 11 to 10apt. The transition from 9 to 8 should be at 11895 A.

AHA. I SEE. I HAD THOUGHT PERHAPS MY EXPLORERS AND ADVISORS WERE RUNNING SOME KIND OF SCAM ON ME. I PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE POSED MY QUESTION HERE *BEFORE* THE PUBLIC EXECUTIONS. AH WELL LIVE AND LEARN.
