me and braden set out to landtrade in express a few sets ago. our idea was to hit each other back and forth, over and over again, and hit like 35k acres by turn 800.

then we realized it couldn't work like that

1) he was SOO far ahead of me it wasn't viable
2) i ignored ga dr and he was more or less brand new so either didn't know or also had overlooked

well.. i dont read forums to know the exact numbers, obv. but im def good at math. i do the breaks in my head 15 seconds after i spy them. i calculate 25% for DAs and I don't even add in OAs when I do my break.

i do troopsx1 turretsx2 tanksx4 x 150% for two DA.
then i do jetsx2x150% for PS
either PS doesnt give a 150% bonus or DA give better than 25% sometimes.

tanks = 2 turrets, and there is no set bonus for OA or DA's. It's not 25%...

It's 25% of each country's individual offense or defense.

So if your OA has 1million jets at home, you will get 250k jets (assuming its not more than 100% of what you send)

If your OA's jets are out on a PS, and all he has is 1million, you will get 0 jets.

Make sense now?

Also, you have to factor in Govt Type, weapons tech, readiness, and defensive bonus % (if any) in each calculation, not only for yourself and the person you're attacking, but also for all of your OAs and DAs and vice versa.

So if you think you can calculate that correctly in your head with perfect accuracy, you are insane. Hence, you are failing because you don't know how to calculate it. You're adding in like 8 of a possible 50 factors.

only thing i cant do is figure out weapons tech, because i dont know how to calculate the tech effectiveness.

If you spy, and then look at your saved spy ops, it should be calculated for you. You can also go to eestats.com, then go to the "other" drop down and pick the tech calculator and manually enter it.
