I highly doubt Rockman is hitting untagged, especially if you're claiming the country builds are rubbish.

He's pretty plain and honest in what he says on the boards. It's part of the reason many people can't stand him, as he rarely holds anything back.

Also, from his previous finishes, he clearly knows how to build a country.

I'd guess it's probably the people from the other tags you battled with.
