I don't think the relative demand for one tech versus another plays much of a roll in prices blid b/c techers are very flexible in that they can simply tech whatever is selling for the most. That said biz/res will sell for slightly cheaper than indy b/c biz/res tech helps a techer out before it is sold much more than indy tech does. But this should be a 100-300$ spread. 1k+ was absurd, but prices are more reasonably balanced now.
