You see that one tech selling for 1000 more than all the others. Maybe you could make some more of it? Thanks,

Seems there must be a good bit of demand for it to stay up that high!

Well indies are less likely to tech start (though herbs made a good case for it). The other strats most likely did tech start, so that they have lower demand and lower prices.

I don't think the relative demand for one tech versus another plays much of a role in prices blid b/c techers are very flexible in that they can simply tech whatever is selling for the most. That said biz/res will sell for slightly cheaper than indy b/c biz/res tech helps a techer out before it is sold much more than indy tech does. But this should be a 100-300$ spread. 1k+ was absurd, but prices are more reasonably balanced now.

Apparently an Indy can not buy any tech until the last few weeks and still t10. Just don't buy it if its expensive. Lol

Techers only really have 5 or 6 techs to tech now, so not that much flexibility.

So you don't have any tech yet Serp? It's tempting to try to keep up in land but I bought up to 115% indy tech so far but Im a day behind in land. Seems worth it to me to buy it at $3000.

I'm 2 days back in land but with a lot of tech. It is all a balancing act, and I don't have the success to tell you the correct balance in primary.

Last set i started grabbing early, kept on par with top CIs for almost a month and then started lacking targets.

This time i won't care much about staying on par with total land at the start but more about my returns (mil strategy tech).

No, I do have decent tech.

I was only joking about last set where I couldn't afford to keep up with the expensive tech because of trying to get too far ahead in land, then just didn't buy any for about half the set. Ended up buying everything near sets end.

Yah,

I feel that keeping up with the very top in land is unecessary, as long as you are big enough that people know not to hit you.

A techer has a smaller window to reach their land goal before they should stop grabbing and start teching. And the earlier they can reach that goal the longer they can spend on just teching.
