There was actually a rule against telling people they are banned from Express, one of the JJ23 rules

No moderator will delete a country or forum ban someone just because someone asks them to. even the admins cant ask us to do it if they play the server involved.

If you receive a message of this kind message a copy of the person message to a moderator or if its ingame report the message.
So everyone please consider yourselves warned.

Ah, well thanks for the heads up. I was just being a twit, and I didn't mean it as "I am going to report you and try to ban you". I just said it for kicks and gigs. Peoples reactions to my "bans" have been fairly amusing, such as the reactions on this very thread. I didn't know saying banned was banned though. Surprised no one reported me, because he/she was seriously like maybe the 9th-10th person/team/alliance I have banned.
