hitting restarts before they retag

with the new restart rules and only 15 turns for a restart to come OOP i think we may see some nice fat grabs on those that hit turn 15 before remembering to tag up again.
i hope we don't see any alliances trying to take those retals for their restarts! if they are untagged, they are untagged

i think if they are restarts you should know not to hit them and the clan would get reps or land back But if you are vic you will say fluff that and farm away just saying ...... if you spy on the country you can tell its a restart with the number/build
but if you want to be a fluff and grab anyway i see that making them target you next set so thats all i think it amounts to

im sure its something about a tracking script that needs to be rewritten and the whole restart idea goes away if you keep the same number and tag. besides, we cant be spoonfeeding these ppl, you only need to make this mistake once to learn it for life. =P
