This makes the 2nd set in a row I haven't gotten one in the 1st 24 hours of the set. I logged in right at the start and waited on a few turns, then logged back out to see if it made a difference this time. Am I missing something....anyone else ever have this happen?

yes, the way it works is that you can't get the 12 hour or 18 hour bonuses until 24 hours after the set begins. so even if you log in briefly at the very beginning and log out, you won't get bonus turns unless you wait until 00:04 game time on day 2.

lol....I've never noticed that before in express. I guess I've just always logged in after I got home from work and it had already clicked over. I'll chalk that one up to my own stupidity. :)

The bonus usually makes or breaks my finish in express.....

less defined as days go by. Fading away well you might say I am losing the focus. Kinda drifting into the abstract in terms of how I see myself

If you dont think 6 turns helps alot your an idiot, I can make 3 extra grabs with those turns for upwards of thousands of acres.

those 6 turns you used to grab thousands of acres actually puts your networth down because you lose units in your attacks and do not have turns to build those thousand of acres to actually benefit from it.

If you plan to start late why not get the 6 bonus turns? But I don't think 6 extra CS will make that much difference. It could easily be outweighed by the advantages of an early start for lots of reasons

Also, the 6 bonus turns represent 36 + 6 turns, or an extra 1/6th if you use the bonus every 18 hours in Primary. But here in express its really only 1800 +6

270+6 is 1/45th of your turns. Like I said if you guys don't think it helps dont use it. I know 6 turns helps me out so I'll take it.

It is generally better to stay logged in to your country to better react to fast changing market conditions (and to PS every 2 hours), to the extent that staying logged in usually benefits you more than 6 extra turns.
