Forgot about 1 tiny detail. since last time I played (a year ago) - The decay on cash above 2 bill - (all bonuses spent on building cost and pm regeneration) . With focus on storing cash and not food that makes this set pretty much over :) (at least for any top 100 spots).

Starting stocking food at $53 (with actual price around 56 something) isnt very optimal though (as actual selling price will probably be around 36-40 at the end).
